Wander into the Ingbar Gallery in New York between now and November 3rd and you'll probably double take at the name of the artist. The current exhibition is by one David Hinchliffe.
Is it the same David Hinchliffe who was Brisbane City Council's Labor majority leader in that awkward power-sharing council after Campbell Newman was first elected Mayor? Yes it is.
