Primary responsibilities include the preparation of the monthly consolidation as well as quarterly and annual SEC reporting, preparation of quarterly analytical reports for management and the board of directors and participating in the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting process. In addition to regular reporting responsibilities, the Financial Analyst may also assist in analytical requirements for certain transactions such as acquisitions or special projects.

Duties:? Supports the Corporate Finance department with reporting, budgeting and planning, consolidations, financial reporting and other financial analysis as directed.
? Quarterly and annual SEC reporting
? Preparation of quarterly analytical reports for management and the board of directors
? Participates in annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting process
? Analytical requirements for certain transactions such as acquisitions or special projects
? Provide vital support in all monthly reporting and analysis requests and in the monthly and quarterly consolidated closing processQualifications:? Bachelors degree in accounting or finance
? Minimum of 2-5 years experience in accounting and financial reporting areas
? Familiarity with consolidation process and planning and budgeting software
? Excellent excel capabilities
? Experience using accounting, budgeting and reporting systems
? Ability to work well in a team coordinating activities within the department and with accounting teams worldwide
? Ability and desire to help develop systems and procedures, improve reporting capabilities and grow within the organization
